Refund policy
At Delightful Keys, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If your order doesn’t meet expectations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make every effort to resolve the matter promptly. For quality-related concerns, kindly include clear, well-lit photos or videos of the item displayed on a flat surface to help expedite the review process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations and After-sale
You may cancel your order at any time before it enters production to receive a full refund of both the item cost and any shipping charges.
Once your order has entered production, it is no longer eligible for a full refund. However, if you choose to cancel while your order is in production, you may receive a 50% refund on the item cost, along with a full refund of any shipping fees.
For example, if your order total is €20 + €5 shipping, you will receive €10 + €5 refunded.
Please note: Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

Delayed Order Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering your order on time. If your package experiences a significant delay, you will be eligible for a full refund. The delay period is calculated from the date the package leaves our fulfillment partner’s warehouse.
Refund Eligibility:

Standard periods: If your order is delayed by more than 30 days.

Peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas): If delayed by more than 40 days.

Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., pandemics or other major disruptions): Refund eligibility will be assessed based on the situation.

For orders shipped to South America, the Middle East, India, or Africa, you may request a full refund if the total shipping time exceeds 60 days from the date of dispatch.

European Union: Right of withdrawal: 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without a justification, and receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
If you decide to return the product within the European Unions 14-day cooling period, you are responsible for the costs of postage and packaging.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return the one you currently have. Once your return is approved, you'll receive store credit for the full item value, which you can use toward purchasing your replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds in the following circumstances:

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Claims of non-delivery when tracking information confirms the order was delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Rejected Parcels: If a delivery is refused or rejected by the recipient, the package may be disposed of by the local carrier within 48 hours. In such cases, the order is not eligible for a refund.
